Had previously demo’d and prepped space for Hobby Lobby and their TI contractor who ran into trouble prior to final inspection with their newly completed concrete entry not meeting ADA compliance. We were contacted and asked to help, reacting quickly with one of our local subcontractors who worked throughout the night removing and replacing the sloped concrete entry to comply with ADA requirements, followed by patch back of the asphalt roadway to tie in and complete the work. This work was performed overnight to open the store the next day at noon. GBI, Platinum Const., and Eddy Axner Const had combined forces to save the day and allow Hobby Lobby to meet their anticipated soft opening.
