Industrial tenant improvement project in San Francisco involving both interior and exterior improvements, required much assistance with design and permitting. Restaurant equipment business that remained operational while new warehouse and offices were modified to adapt to new business. Full utility upgrades, primarily for electrical and fire systems, full office remodel with all new walls and finished surfaces, major ADA modifications and improvements. A very difficult Building Dept that required many visits and constant communications. Actively involved throughout the project assisting and pursuing design, engineering, and approvals.
