GBI performed the Tenant Improvements for 2-Quest Diagnostic Medical Labs, one in Oroville and another in Anderson, Calif. These involved preparing the tenant space for construction, making utility improvements as needed, providing the corrected under floor plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades, new framing, drywall, ceilings, and floor coverings, and all the improvements as shown on plans and specifications for a complete project. GBI has qualified as a preferred contractor for Quest.
